When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1 business day. Custom and personalized items ship within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on holidays and weekends are processed the following business day.
How fast will I get my order?
We are located in the USA and all orders ship from Wilsonville, Oregon. Postal delivery time is dependent upon shipping method and location.
Once we ship your order, the carrier generally delivers within the following timeframes:
The above timeframes are estimates, and we are not able to guarantee a delivery date. Shipping carriers may experience delays during peak seasons.
We ship orders via USPS, FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, and UPS Ground. FedEx and UPS will only ship to a physical address. Orders shipping to PO Boxes therefore will only ship via USPS. We encourage you to enter a physical address at checkout, as this allows us to ship via the fastest and best method through any carrier.
But what if I need it yesterday?
We can relate! If you’re in a time crunch, we recommend selecting the priority upgrade at checkout for faster transit times. We also offer an express upgrade option for orders shipping within the USA.
Orders that receive free shipping are shipped via standard mail, unless a priority upgrade is selected at checkout.
I live overseas, will you ship to me?
We ship internationally, as well as to APO/FPO addresses. Certain destinations may require additional shipping cost & transit time, and customs clearance may delay delivery. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees and duty taxes that may apply. Stesha Party is not responsible for lost or returned packages due to failure to pay import taxes. All package contents are labeled as “merchandise” on customs forms along with their full retail value.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping within the contiguous United States on orders of $35 or more. We also offer free standard shipping on international orders of $149 or more.
Can I change my shipping address?
We can accommodate an address change if we receive your request prior to your order being processed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes.

What if there is a problem with my order?
Mistakes are rare, but should they occur we want you to let us know so we can make it right. In the event of damage or missing items, please notify us within 3 business days of receipt and include photos of the product and package.
What if I never received my package?
Carriers often leave packages in a safe place, out of sight and protected from weather, at the driver’s discretion. This can include your package being left with a neighbor or front desk. Other locations may include the front door, side porch, garage area, back yard, or a secure parcel locker. Be sure to check these areas and contact the carrier if you are unable to locate the package. Delivery scans include a geotag of the delivery location, and carriers can provide this information to you upon request. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages however we will do our best to help you locate a missing order. If you have checked these locations and reached out to the carrier and are still not able to locate your package, please contact us.
What if my package was returned to you?
Packages returned to us by the post office will be reshipped upon customer purchase of additional postage. Items still held 45 days after the original purchase date will be discarded or donated.
