Returns & Refund Policy

 

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns have to be made. We're happy to accept most products back as long as they are in unopened, unused and new condition. 

Simply contact us within 14 days of delivery to obtain prior return authorization, then carefully package your items and ship them back to us along with your name & order number. Items must be shipped back within 21 days of delivery. 

Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, and original shipping charges are not refundable. A 20% restocking fee may be assessed on certain orders and for purchases that originally received free shipping. Seasonal/holiday, personalized, custom, gift cards, sale/clearance & final sale items are not eligible for return. Exclusions apply.

Refunds are issued within 1-2 weeks after we receive your returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original funding source.

Damages and issues

Mistakes are rare, but should they occur we want you to let us know so we can make it right. In the event of damage or missing items, please notify us within 3 business days of receipt and include photos of the product and package. 

 

International European Union (EU) Customers

We happily sell to our international customers and therefore also adhere to EU consumer protection regulations. EU buyers have the right to return non-custom products by contacting us within 14 days of receipt of their order. We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item or of receiving evidence that the item has been shipped back to us. Buyer pays return postage. Items must be unopened, unused and in new condition.
